Comments: Very pleased with service and Mr Johnson Gulzar went right to work on my problem with pest control. I didn't have to sign a contact just pay them for the job and I was good to go. I recommend them for other customers that want to use them in the near future. I give them a rating of 5 because they got the job done fast with no scheduling problem at all. They also told me if in 30 days I see any more bugs to call them and they will take care of the job for free with no hassle.

Comments: I contacted them for an inspection, they showed up the next day, offered a discount, signed the deal, and they were finished in about 2hours. I haven't seen a roach (primary purpose for the call) or just about any other insect since. It’s hard to imagine a better experience. I would highly recommend these guys, an all-around pleasure.

Comments: We had to houses treated by Dell Pest. The response was within 30min of the time I called Service Magic. The company was out with an hour to give me an estimate. Not only did they do a very professional and excellent job, but we were given advice on things to do to help with moisture and rain issues at our rental house. Price quoted was the price for the service. Also concern for our pets which we felt was a real plus!!!

Thorough inspection, quick-n-painless application, little or no disruption to household activities. NO smelly products! Price is about the norm for the area. No complaints. Would recommend to others.

Comments: once we negotiated price, they took my job and handled it. makes a lot of the other companies, quite honestly, look a little wimpy...not wanting to go into an attic without a pull down. This company heard my problem and just did what needed to be done to make my silverfish nightmare go away.

Comments: I liked the way that they explained step by step how they would tackle my ant problem. I felt they did a very through job. The price was the average cost of exterminating but really felt I got what I paid for. A heavy rain came and then the ants were back, called and they responded immediately and resprayed all areas around the house that were troubled with ants. I am very satisfied with this service. And will not hesitate to call them if I need them again. Very neat in appearance, courteous. and took the time to answer all my questions.

Comments: I had several people come to my house to help me get rid of a yellow jacket nest. Johnson was the only one who sounded like he knew what he was doing. He sprayed once and no more yellow jackets! The products he uses are great for those who have allergies as there was very little odor.

Day of service: Ended in dispute over contract type and I felt it was not handled in a very professional manner. Be sure to state what contact type you want before commencement of project or you will pay. Have yet to evaluate quality of workmanship

Comments: The respnse time was very quick. The technician spent over 3 hours controlling various pests. It appeared to be very thorough. The price was very fair for a year contract. Basically, they do a one time extensive treatment, and then if you see anything for the next year, you call. My only feedback would be that I would prefer a quarterly treatment or at least every six months, rather than wait if I see something to call. Otherwise, time will tell. I would recommend. Very Professional.

He clearly is an expert in yellow jacket removal and did it correctly the first time. I have a new home near woods, and in his visit he also inspected the home and removed other wasps nests and fire ants. Highly recommend his services.
